Senior DevEx Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the integration of AI coding tools.

• Conduct internal workshops and enablement initiatives.

• Establish and refine AI-first development standards.

• Create, develop, and sustain the internal developer platform.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and developer tools.

• Develop intelligent automation for code review and deployment processes.

• Design infrastructure to support AI coding agents.

• Set and monitor DevEx metrics while fostering continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in platform, DevEx, or developer tooling positions.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with AI coding tools.

• Demonstrated capacity to influence cultural change.

• Strong skills in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.

• A systems thinker who can align a comprehensive developer experience vision with practical implementation details.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A genuine passion for making a tangible impact in the real world.
