Senior Developer – Software Engineering, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain applications utilizing Python for back-end development and React for front-end tasks.

• Leverage AI tools extensively (such as coding assistants and AI-enhanced development) to expedite delivery and address intricate challenges.

• Independently navigate and contribute to extensive, complex legacy codebases.

• Create web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS, including conducting unit and end-to-end testing (Playwright).

• Engage with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, among others.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards and carry out code reviews to maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

• Contribute enhancements to DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure when necessary.

• Take part in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a full-stack or back-end developer.

• In-depth experience with Python and React (or a similar JavaScript/TypeScript stack).

• Proficient use of AI development tools; must utilize them fluently on a daily basis rather than merely having basic familiarity.

• Advanced or fluent English skills required for daily interaction with international teams.

• Capacity to work independently and autonomously in a remote setting.

• Comfort with legacy systems and intricate codebases.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a team.

• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent priorities effectively.
