This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propose, evaluate, and take charge of technical designs at the EPIC level.
• Contribute to the standards and code review process within the development team.
• Mentor both junior and mid-level developers in the team.
• Take responsibility for delivering root cause analysis (RCA) upon request.
• Utilize knowledge of SDLC best practices and design patterns effectively.
• Execute the Product Owner’s vision for the products developed by the team, contributing to the technological strategy.
• Identify technical debt elements within the team and aid in their prioritization.
• May participate in the recruitment process and act as a standby interviewer during second-stage technical interviews.
• Recognize opportunities for the latest innovative technologies and best practices as part of the development team's technology watch.
• Proven experience (minimum of 10 years) in developing web applications, APIs, and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with and application of SOLID and DDD principles, along with a strong emphasis on clean code.
• Proficient in the following technologies: .Net Core, .Net Framework, C#, React, EntityFramework, Nhibernate (or other frameworks), Azure DevOps, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possession of a college or university diploma in computer science.
