Senior Developer Relations Manager, ISV

đź“‹ Description

• Provide technical consultancy to developers within your ISV segment, addressing challenges and facilitating the adoption of NVIDIA technology.

• Accelerate key workloads by showcasing innovative solutions that incorporate the fundamental NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows.

• Offer guidance on technical enablement resources—including sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools—highlighting how technologies can solve real-world issues.

• Assist partners and ISV startups in onboarding and integrating with NVIDIA’s programs, encouraging co-innovation and the creation of next-generation solutions.

• Monitor, map, and oversee the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and refine partner adoption strategies.

• Work alongside partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to clarify goals, address technical challenges, and advocate for successful integration guidelines.

• Represent and advocate for the technical needs and feedback of partners to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, providing actionable insights from field deployments to guide product roadmaps.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or customer-facing technical roles, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with software and technology companies in EMEA.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs within major healthcare companies or relevant sectors.

• Strong technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, ranging from engineers to executives.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

• Proficient in managing complex technical projects, addressing needs, prioritizing concerns, and working collaboratively with various teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to evaluate and qualify business opportunities for both parties.
