Senior Developer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Create and enhance SOAP and REST APIs, adhering to best practices and versioning standards.

• Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate on the integration of various systems and services, applying software design patterns effectively.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to improve existing solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to boost development efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.

• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning expertise.

• Practical experience with SOAP and RESTful services.

• Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.

• Deep understanding of software design patterns and industry best practices.

• Effective communication skills and resilience in fast-paced, multicultural teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Proactive ownership of tasks with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong communication capabilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative team player who values shared success.

• Capacity to adapt to ambiguity and changing requirements.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiarity with specification-driven development (Nice-to-Have).

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies (Nice-to-Have).
