Senior Developer III – Salesforce Integration, Tier 2 Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional Salesforce integration team.

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications and integration solutions based on business requirements.

• Create, prototype, and test solutions for extensive Salesforce and cloud-based contact center integration implementations.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of API connectors to IVR, CTI, and Knowledge Management databases.

• Direct and develop interfaces for application code, relational databases, and computer hardware systems.

• Ensure adherence to relevant IT governance standards for all CRM development and integration implementations.

• Assist in testing, identify defects, and facilitate remediation.

• Offer guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior developers.

• May oversee other developers on the integration team.

• Aid in UAT and go-live activities.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the client support team during technology implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience; at least 7 years of experience within the scope of the contract.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and related contact center technologies.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise application integrations.

• Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) is required at the time of engagement.
