Senior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You take the lead in coordinating the planning and execution of IT projects independently.

• You collaborate with the IT team, working closely alongside our Product Owner, Lead Developer, and UX designer, while actively participating in knowledge sharing.

• You are responsible for designing and developing scalable software architectures.

• You formulate strategic plans for the continued development of our product.

• You perform regular code reviews to ensure that the code adheres to the highest quality standards.

• You concentrate on our frontend components, ensuring their seamless integration with our backend.

• You are also available to assist in the development of backend components as needed.

• You identify and address technical issues, optimizing existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.

• You implement and oversee security measures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

• You assist in maintaining our automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to boost the efficiency and reliability of development processes.

• You take ownership and support our transition from a well-functioning startup to a successful enterprise.
