Senior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end applications utilizing .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL.

• Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations while ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

• Participate in establishing software architecture and best practices for development.

• Guarantee code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.

• Analyze and resolve intricate issues, suggesting continual improvements.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and QA to build and deliver effective solutions.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Assist in the technical documentation of the developed solutions and systems.

• Contribute to automation, continuous integration (CI/CD), and enhancements in the squad's processes.

• Operate within an augmented-efficiency model, leveraging AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end development with .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL.

• Understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations.

• Proficiency with relational databases and query optimization.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, and version control.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capability to analyze and address complex problems.

• Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and a robust sense of technical responsibility.

• Effective communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team environment.

• Experience or familiarity with the application of AI in the development process.

• Experience in the modernization or maintenance/support of legacy systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is beneficial.

• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with automated testing methods (unit or integration) is desirable.

• Understanding of software architecture best practices and patterns would be advantageous.
