Senior Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications and internal systems.

• Lead technical discussions, solution architecture, and initiatives for system design.

• Convert business and functional requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and database solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system-related issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Mentor junior developers and promote technical knowledge-sharing within the team.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, process enhancements, and continuous development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in software or application development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, Python, and PHP.

• Strong understanding of web application development and software architecture.

• Experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with version control systems and structured development workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex technical challenges.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers is a plus.

• Exposure to cloud technologies or enterprise systems is advantageous.
