Senior Designer – Radiance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of design across various platforms including branding, web, presentations, social media, and paid advertising.

• Develop and uphold scalable brand frameworks, style guides, and component libraries using Figma.

• Convert creative direction and strategy into refined, production-ready assets.

• Assist with web design by creating wireframes and layouts (Webflow experience is a bonus, but not mandatory).

• Produce internal marketing materials for Radiance, such as case studies, presentations, and visual stories.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®.

• Engage in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews.

• Strike a balance between speed and craftsmanship—delivering outstanding work without excessive refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience, which may include agency, in-house, or freelance work.

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, responsive systems, and prototyping.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital-first design principles.

• Capability to translate brand strategies into clear and engaging visual systems.

• Highly organized, driven by deadlines, and proactive in approach.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, such as Midjourney or similar tools.
