Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and playable environments that facilitate game activities, are user-friendly, and fully immerse players.

• Work collaboratively with fellow designers and artists, following the guidance of the Lead World Designer.

• Enrich the game world through compelling environmental storytelling.

• Engage in regular playtests of both your work and that of others, offering and receiving constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a design capacity.

• A portfolio showcasing high-level design work that highlights your skill in environmental storytelling.

• A solid understanding of artistic and design principles, including composition, block-outs, and flow.

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 world-building tools, such as PGC and World Partition.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A genuine passion for games, a positive mindset, and a strong eagerness to learn.

• Familiarity with visual design tools like Photoshop is a plus.

• An in-depth understanding of the online RPG genre is a bonus.
