Senior Design Expert – Paid AI Design Research Study

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a compensated AI design research study with a prominent technology firm developing AI design tools.

• Participate in organized, recorded remote sessions that document how expert designers tackle challenges, evaluate design quality, provide critiques, and determine when designs are ready for release.

• Depending on suitability, either serve as the design expert being interviewed or take on the role of the interviewer.

• Dedicate approximately 4–5 hours for each task or interview, which includes preparation and a brief follow-up review.

• Present design work for suitability evaluation, utilizing only materials that can be publicly shared and are non-confidential.

• Collaborate on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Work as an independent contractor with a self-managed schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive design experience at a senior level in product, UX, branding, or related fields.

• Strong perspective on design quality, critique processes, and standards for release.

• A shareable portfolio, preferably accessible via a website link.

• Only work that is publicly shareable is acceptable; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-bound materials.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Must be capable of working without access to any confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, or organizations.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
