Senior Design Expert – Paid AI Design Research Study

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a compensated AI design research project with a leading technology firm

• Articulate how professional designers tackle challenges and evaluate design excellence

• Analyze the differences between high-quality and low-quality design craftsmanship

• Describe the criteria used to assess design readiness for release

• Based on suitability, either be interviewed as the design expert or take on the role of interviewer

• Allocate roughly 4–5 hours for each task/interview, including preparation and follow-up review

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems

• Provide portfolio materials exclusively for the purpose of study-fit evaluation

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced design experience in product, UX, brand, or related creative disciplines

• A well-defined perspective on design quality, critique, and shipping benchmarks

• A portfolio that can be shared, preferably as a website link

• Only work that is publicly shareable; no confidential, unreleased, or NDA-bound content

• Must operate as an independent contractor

• Not eligible if an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate

• Capability to conduct structured, recorded remote sessions

• Legal authorization criteria exclude H1-B and STEM OPT candidates
