Senior Deployment Strategist

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with customers, offering exceptional, personalized communication.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer objectives, systems, and limitations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor as they create and implement AI-driven workflows.

• Assist customers in transitioning from preliminary experimentation to consistent production utilization.

• Support customers in integrating with Sequen’s API frameworks.

• Offer insights on system architecture, prompting techniques, and performance trade-offs.

• Aid in diagnosing challenges and facilitating adoption through practical, hands-on solutions.

• Direct technical implementation and usage across enterprise systems.

• Act as an advocate for the customer, relaying their needs to the product team.

• Recognize patterns in customer usage and challenges.

• Relay feedback to product and engineering teams to ensure our developments meet real-world applications.

• Take responsibility for customer outcomes and promote long-term customer success.

• Identify opportunities for expansion and enhance Sequen's digital presence.

• Foster strong relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a related field.

• Experience with APIs or platforms designed for developers.

• Solid technical background with a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and integrations.

• Ability to explain analytical concepts such as A/B testing clearly.

• Proven capacity to engage and build trust with both entry-level engineers and senior business executives.

• Established history of promoting software adoption, usage, and measurable customer success.

• Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
