Senior Demand Generation Manager – B2C Growth

📋 Description

• Take ownership of B2C growth across various channels including paid, ambassador, organic, referral, partnerships, and events.

• Develop and scale repeatable acquisition strategies aimed at healthcare student communities, prioritizing based on CAC efficiency and conversion potential.

• Strategize, implement, and refine campaigns across Meta and Google, while leaving room for testing new platforms.

• Manage budget allocation with a clear focus on CAC and ROAS accountability, making data-informed reallocation decisions.

• Create distinct positioning for medical, NP, and PA students.

• Convert product features into compelling value propositions for ads, landing pages, and lead-generation materials.

• Collaborate with lifecycle/CRM teams to ensure that demand captured at the top of the funnel effectively converts.

• Identify and tackle drop-off points within the acquisition funnel.

• Organize student-focused events and conference activations.

• Develop and test scalable programs, including ambassador initiatives, influencer collaborations, referrals, and organic growth strategies.

• Oversee demand generation reporting: monitor volume, quality, and costs of new trial starts and subscribers across all channels.

• Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure messaging alignment and share user insights.

• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies; clearly communicate results across teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience focused heavily on demand generation or performance marketing.

• Demonstrated success in managing paid media budgets ranging from $50K to $300K annually with measurable ROI.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel demand generation: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and lead nurturing.

• Experience in lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation.

• Familiarity with marketing to niche B2C audiences, preferably students, professionals in training, or close-knit communities.

• Solid product intuition and experience working closely with product teams.

• Proven ability to create segment-specific messaging that drives conversions.

• Excellent analytical skills; proficient in Google Analytics, funnel metrics, and evaluating CAC, LTV, and other funnel metrics.

• Outstanding writing and communication skills across various performance formats such as ads, emails, and landing pages.

• Self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and comfort in building programs and processes from the ground up.

• Excels in a dynamic startup environment and thrives amidst ambiguity.
