Senior Delivery Solutions Architect – Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to identify use case requirements for prioritized clients.

• Direct the technical account strategy and execution following technical victories for major accounts.

• Act as the accountable technical leader for customer use cases across various teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to production and go-live phases.

• Utilize shared services, user education, and support to ensure customer success.

• Develop and implement strategies to expedite key use cases into production.

• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovations and provide support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.

• Knowledge of solution architecture involving distributed data systems.

• Capability to correlate business value and outcomes with project deliverables.

• Skills in technical program or project management.

• Experience in resolving complex escalations with senior executives.

• Conducting discovery workshops and managing the delivery of intricate programs or projects.

• Proven success in exceeding performance targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
