Senior Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Advocate for Agile and Lean best practices, guide teams, and visualize organizational workflows.

• Effectively communicate across both technical and non-technical domains.

• Enhance team flow, resolve issues, and develop agile competencies.

• Lead ongoing planning through support after launch and realization of benefits.

• Identify and address team dynamic challenges while providing constructive feedback.

• Align daily tasks with the overarching product vision.

• Contribute throughout various stages of product delivery.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Lead to foster continuous improvement.

• Oversee a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.

• Demonstrated experience in Agile project management with successful application of methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure on-time delivery.

• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong grasp of technology and its applications, particularly in AI/Data Science products.

• Commitment to continuous learning and awareness of Agile practice trends.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.

• Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.

• Previous experience in remote work is a plus.

• CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP Agile certification is beneficial.

• Familiarity with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products is an asset.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry is favorable.
