Senior Delivery Director – General Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial and operational aspects of clinical delivery across a variety of studies.

• Collaborate with Regional Heads within the Clinical Network to ensure adequate resourcing and productivity levels for the study portfolio.

• Ensure that the assigned clinical personnel comprehend and consistently execute tasks according to established operational, financial, and quality performance standards.

• Enhance contribution margin throughout clinical delivery by exercising strong financial stewardship and accountability across the study portfolio.

• Utilize established operational, financial, and quality metrics along with reporting dashboards to evaluate the overall health of the portfolio and take necessary actions.

• Engage in risk management activities across the designated study portfolio.

• Promote and facilitate a learning organization.

• Collaborate with leadership to help advance and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance.

• Assist in defining and executing the company and department vision and strategy, translating this into key initiatives and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, as well as clinical research (pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO), including at least 6 years in Drug Delivery Project Management.

• Experience in building broader client relationships and business development.

• Proven experience in clinical delivery.

• Strong financial acumen to understand and effectively contribute to a profitable competitive study or program strategy.
