This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and assess financial models along with pricing scenarios for both standard and non-standard agreements.
• Analyze pricing, discount structures, contract durations, usage commitments, and the impact on gross margins.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to design commercially viable deals that adhere to Twilio’s financial guidelines.
• Provide guidance to Sales and GTM teams regarding contracting policies, approval processes, and discount regulations.
• Manage the complete Deal Desk workflow within Salesforce/CPQ, encompassing quote generation, pricing approvals, Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and closing opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to policy compliance.
• Foster strong working relationships across Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales teams.
• Review and formulate non-standard contract language within Order Forms.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and engage in cross-functional projects aimed at scaling Deal Desk operations, improving systems, and streamlining workflows.
• Proficient or fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or an analytical Go-To-Market role.
• In the absence of a degree, at least 5 years of relevant analytical experience is necessary.
• Proven analytical and financial skills, with a solid grasp of fundamental financial concepts and the capability to clearly articulate financial trade-offs.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with demonstrated experience in constructing financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
• Capacity to handle multiple high-pressure requests concurrently while maintaining exceptional organization under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, the ability to ask clarifying questions, and a high level of integrity consistent with Twilio Magic values.
• Preferred: Familiarity and/or experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, CLM, and JIRA.
