Senior DBA, MySQL, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Administration, monitoring, and optimization of MySQL databases.

• Diagnosis and resolution of performance issues.

• Management of AWS environments, particularly RDS and DMS.

• Implementation of best practices for availability, security, and scalability.

• Collaboration with internationally distributed technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a MySQL DBA.

• Proficiency in performance optimization and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with AWS (especially RDS and DMS).

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL (will be valued).

• Experience with NoSQL engines (will be valued).

• Experience with data streaming tools such as Kafka or Kinesis (will be valued).
