Senior Data Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of data management for intricate, worldwide clinical trials from the initiation phase to database lock.

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding all data management deliverables.

• Supervise SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation along with database implementation.

• Control timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to align with customer expectations.

• Guide junior data management team members and advocate for best practices.

• Foster process enhancements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical discipline.

• At least 7 years of hands-on clinical data management experience.

• A minimum of 5 years in a Lead Clinical Data Management position is REQUIRED.

• Demonstrated success in managing extensive global studies (1000+ patients).

• Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable EDC systems.

• Strong comprehension of GCP, ICH, and clinical research methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be acceptable.
