Mid-level Data Scientist – Focus on Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create analyses, Machine Learning models, and solutions utilizing Generative AI;

• Engage in the development of applications based on LLMs, including RAG solutions, internal assistants, automation processes, and text classification;

• Conduct data exploration, define hypotheses, evaluate models, and derive business insights;

• Assist in the deployment and monitoring of models and analytical solutions within production settings;

• Work collaboratively with data engineers, product teams, and business sectors to convert challenges into data-centric solutions;

• Record analyses, models, experiments, and significant technical decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced data analysis initiatives;

• Expertise in Python and SQL;

• Understanding of Machine Learning, applied statistics, exploratory data analysis, and model evaluation;

• Acquaintance with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or RAG;

• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, version control, and development best practices;

• Capability to transform business challenges into analytical solutions;

• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams;

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level;

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, applied AI, or related fields.
