This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversees the functions of Data Specialists engaged in file manipulation, loading, conversion services, exports, and conducting quality checks on loads and exports.
• Develops, assesses, and enhances methodologies and procedures for file manipulation applicable to COTS products and litigation support applications.
• Conducts quality assurance for all EFP services.
• Ensures that incoming productions comply with the relevant ESI specifications, and when deficiencies are identified, provides the EFP Manager with a detailed report of those deficiencies.
• Suggests process enhancements to guarantee the use of high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient methods.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance before starting (candidates do not need to have clearance at the time of application).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Capable of functioning effectively in a fully remote work environment.
• Requires familiarity with the litigation discovery process and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow.
• Proficient in using personal computers, including Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity, or other document processing platforms.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in eDiscovery roles, including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loading and retrieval, and data analysis.
