Senior Data Scientist - Real-World Data (SAS, R)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enthusiastic problem solvers, innovating as a cohesive team to assist customers in reaching their objectives.

• Evaluate the quality of the data.

• Perform analyses, including the programming of TFLs.

• Review and input the Protocol and Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP).

• Conduct longitudinal cohort studies and develop study cohorts from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in SAS or R.

• Extensive knowledge of commercial claims and EHR databases, such as Optum, MarketScan, IQVIA PharMetrics, or HealthVerity.

• Capability to conduct longitudinal cohort studies, which includes creating study cohorts and establishing baseline and outcome variables from scratch.

• Strong understanding of epidemiologic study designs and methodologies.

• Practical experience with fundamental statistical tests, regression models, and survival analysis.

• Advanced degree in Biostatistics or Epidemiology (preferred: previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
