Senior Data Scientist – Operation Research

• We are in search of a Senior Data Scientist who possesses a strong background in data analytics, practical experience in Operations Research strategies, and Pricing Analytics within supply chains, complemented by robust coding skills to join our team.

• **Key Responsibilities:**

• - Refactor the Optimization algorithm developed in Python utilizing Object-Oriented Programming principles.

• - Apply cutting-edge data science techniques to address business challenges in the Supply Chain and Optimization domains within Retail and/or CPG.

• - Employ advanced statistical methods and data science algorithms to analyze extensive datasets and extract actionable insights pertaining to Pricing Optimization.

• - Design and implement predictive models and optimization algorithms to enhance Pricing strategies.

• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

• - Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in data science, replenishment optimization, and supply chain management, leveraging this knowledge to foster innovation within the organization.

• - Collaborate, mentor, and learn alongside a growing team of experienced Data Scientists.

⛳️ Requirements

• - A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, specializing in supply chain optimization and inventory allocation.

• - MS or PhD in Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

• - Experience with mathematical programming solvers such as Gurobi, Xpress MP, CPLEX, or Google OR Tools.

• - Strong grasp of statistical methodologies, optimization techniques, and predictive modeling concepts.

• - High proficiency in programming languages like Python, Pyspark, and SQL, with experience in data analysis and machine learning libraries.

• - Capability to apply various analytical models to practical business scenarios.

• - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to understand the needs of business partners and deliver solutions while effectively explaining them to stakeholders.
