Senior Data Scientist – Experimentation, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor platform usage and experiment quality.

• Analyze experiment data (e.g., win rates, learning rates, EwL metrics).

• Ensure data quality through traffic validation, SRM checks, and pipeline monitoring.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to experiment health.

• Work with the metrics catalog: validate definitions and calculate results.

• Provide decision-making support and clear data insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data functions.

• Document methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics.

• Strong SQL skills (preferably BigQuery).

• Experience with Python for analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization).

• Good understanding of A/B testing and statistical methods.

• Experience with dashboards/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Streamlit).

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working independently in distributed teams.
