This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage in a variety of high-priority business initiatives to enhance Fabulous's data-driven approach.
• Tasked with effectively contributing to the codebase: constructing, testing, reviewing, and maintaining analytics pipelines utilizing SQL and dbt.
• Gradually take ownership of certain aspects of the team's responsibilities.
• Share your ideas and contribute actively.
• Demonstrate high levels of autonomy and a sense of ownership.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge.
• Contribute meaningfully to functional documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• At least 4 years of experience in applied Data Science with a strong engineering focus.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/User Acquisition or Product/Growth.
• Proficient in SQL with previous experience in developing data models for analytics using dbt or similar tools.
• Strong Engineering skills, including testing, clean coding, peer reviewing, CD/CI, git workflows, and agile methodologies.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
• Previous experience with some of the tools we utilize in our Data Stack (such as Amplitude, dbt, BigQuery, Metabase) or comparable tools.
