Senior Data Scientist – Credit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Credit teams, including Policy, Analysis, Monitoring, and Collections.

• Oversee comprehensive Data Science projects, from defining problems and scoping with Product/Operations to solution development and experimentation, leading up to production delivery.

• Regularly monitor data drift and concept drift utilizing frameworks such as NannyML.

• Conduct analyses to uncover patterns and insights that enhance the efficiency of our Credit operations.

• Create and maintain metrics, KPIs, reports, and dashboards for our credit products and operations.

• Keep abreast of best practices in applied Data Science and development productivity (including AI-assisted development tools), assessing and suggesting enhancements tailored to the context and quality of delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in applying Machine Learning techniques and statistical modeling to business challenges (e.g., regression, classification, time series).

• Familiarity with application, behavior, or collection models, and credit metrics and KPIs—particularly for postpaid card products targeting corporate (PJ) clients.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Spark for large-scale data manipulation and analysis.

• Understanding of code versioning methodologies (Git).

• Strong foundation in Statistics, Statistical Inference, and Hypothesis Testing.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
