Senior Data Scientist, Content, Feeds, Recommendation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the design and management of search recommendation services and models.

• Proficient in machine learning-powered personalization techniques, design patterns, and tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of Recommendation systems, coupled with business domain expertise to elevate the impact of AI products.

• Lead the development of essential modules using a data-driven strategy to enhance effectiveness.

• Recognize needs and opportunities, and establish success metrics in collaboration with Business and Product management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.

• Strong practical experience with well-known Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in leading a team.

• Familiarity with application development practices at a large scale.

• Strong global team collaboration skills and experience are advantageous as well.

• A publication record in leading conferences and journals is a bonus.
