Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for designing, prototyping, and producing AI features and agents aimed at real-world implementation within the ERP sector.

• You establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to assess the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI features.

• You quickly evaluate the feasibility and impact of AI concepts in the context of business operations.

• You convert user requirements into data workflows, logical structures, and scalable solutions.

• You perform audits, optimizations, and scaling of customer-facing SQL reports throughout the ERP platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a role focused on data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.

• You have a thorough understanding of generative AI components, including LLMs, embeddings, logprobs, evaluation methods, and metrics.

• You demonstrate strong proficiency in Python along with relevant ML and AI frameworks and design patterns (e.g., RAG).

• You exhibit strong communication abilities and can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You offer advanced SQL skills and have experience with complex, user-oriented reporting.

• You are fluent in both English and German.
