Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert business challenges into hypotheses and conduct exploratory data analyses.

• Engage in the development and assessment of machine learning models.

• Create scripts and basic pipelines for data processing and analysis.

• Work collaboratively with data engineers, clinical teams, and various business sectors.

• Record insights and ensure that code is well-structured and organized.

• Aid in the creation of dashboards and reports to effectively convey results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in data science or data analysis projects.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.

• Programming: Basic proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL.

• Modeling: Understanding of methods such as regression, classification, and time series analysis.

• Tools: Familiarity with Git, MLflow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Data visualization: Experience with Power BI or comparable tools is a plus.
