Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Developing new AI solutions and enhancing existing ones, engaging in the complete data-driven development cycle from analyzing product requirements to deploying features or systems into production (with support from MLOps specialists) and refining them based on monitoring outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborating with other data scientists, product owners, and developers.

• Implementing top software engineering practices to ensure a robust codebase.

• Conducting code reviews.

• Operating in an agile environment and showcasing the results of your work during regular sprint reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), LLM-based APIs, prompting techniques, metric-driven development of prompt-based features, agentic systems, and other relevant topics.

• Proven experience in constructing complex multipart and multistep LLM-based and ML systems.

• Expertise in Python (including pure Python, beyond just Jupyter notebooks).

• Proficient in applying reproducible research methodologies.

• Experience in crafting AI solutions for production environments.

• Full professional proficiency in English.
