This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish significant product inquiries, success metrics, and decision-making frameworks.
• Evaluate user behavior, creator interactions, content ecosystems, retention, growth, monetization, and social dynamics to uncover opportunities and risks.
• Design and assess experiments, including A/B tests and other causal measurement methods, to analyze product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Define and enhance essential product metrics, dashboards, diagnostic views, and regular reporting to assist teams in understanding changes and their causes.
• Develop sustainable analytical assets such as reusable notebooks, data marts, metric definitions, self-service dashboards, and analysis templates.
• Leverage AI-assisted and agentic workflows to expedite analysis, automate repetitive tasks, enhance documentation, and create lightweight internal tools for common analytical inquiries.
• Partner with Data Engineering and product teams to enhance data quality, instrumentation, modeling, and definitions of source-of-truth.
• Present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders, and influence product decisions through evidence and sound judgment.
• Over 5 years of experience in data science, product analytics, data analytics, quantitative analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in SQL and strong expertise in Python or R for analysis, experimentation, modeling, automation, and reproducible workflows.
• Solid product intuition, with a background in converting ambiguous product or business challenges into structured analyses, metrics, experiments, and recommendations.
• Experience in designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments, including A/B tests, guardrail metrics, and common statistical pitfalls.
• Proven track record in building dashboards, reporting systems, reusable analyses, or data products that empower stakeholders to self-serve and enhance decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytical workflows, including using LLMs or agents for code generation, exploratory analysis, documentation, QA, summarization, or workflow automation.
• Strong judgment regarding data quality, statistical validity, reproducibility, privacy, and the constraints of AI-generated analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to clarify complex findings and influence senior audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or data-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
