Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead advanced analytics, causal reasoning, and AI-driven decision intelligence across various applications

• Develop production-quality systems that merge predictive, causal, and generative AI functionalities

• Transform intricate data into actionable insights, automated decisions, and intelligent workflows

• Design and implement systems that incorporate experimentation, observational data, machine learning, and generative AI

• Work in close collaboration with data engineers, ML engineers, analysts, and platform teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in machine learning, statistics, and applied data science

• Background in causal inference, experimentation, or decision science methodologies

• Strong grasp of forecasting, optimization, or analytical modeling techniques

• Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL

• Proven experience in building and deploying production-ready data science or ML systems

• Knowledge of model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring)

• Practical experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP

• Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms (e.g., Azure ML / Azure AI, Databricks, or similar ecosystems)

• Experience handling complex, multi-source datasets (e.g., transactional, behavioral, operational data)

• Capable of translating business challenges into analytical frameworks

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on business impact

• Ability to convert complex models into actionable decisions

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
