Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical expert for marketing measurement initiatives across international markets

• Convert business requirements into effective analytical solutions

• Assist in the technical design, execution, and analysis of models

• Contribute to the deployment of models and their integration into online platforms

• Ensure consistency and high quality in all deliverables

• Represent technical capabilities in both internal and client-facing discussions

• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and provide mentorship to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in statistics, econometrics, marketing analytics, or media measurement

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics or measurement projects

• Proficient in Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels)

• Required expertise in SQL

• Knowledge of causal inference, time-series modeling, and regression analysis

• Experience with media, CRM, or e-commerce datasets

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Comfortable collaborating in distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams
