Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propose, design, and execute robust, scalable, and high-performance end-to-end Machine Learning models;

• Implement recommendation and personalization systems;

• Create hybrid intelligence frameworks that integrate Machine Learning with generative AI;

• Provide technical direction on projects and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions;

• Collaborate with business and product teams to define solutions from a comprehensive and systemic viewpoint;

• Perform complex analyses to extract valuable insights and generate positive business outcomes;

• Develop and deploy monitoring and measurement solutions to assess results;

• Optimize large-scale data processing to ensure both efficiency and accuracy;

• Mentor other data scientists, promoting a culture of continuous learning;

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to integrate data solutions across various departments within the company;

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI, applying them to enhance existing processes and models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in deriving value from data, ideally in Data Science/Big Data;

• Experience in developing Machine Learning models;

• Capability to assess the impact and return on investment of Machine Learning models;

• Proficiency in clearly and effectively presenting methodologies and results to business stakeholders;

• Advanced understanding of Machine Learning algorithms;

• Experience with statistical analysis;

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team;

• A minimum of 4 years of verified experience in data science;

• Advanced and comprehensive knowledge of Python and SQL.
