Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the AI Technical Product Manager to facilitate data-driven decision-making across AI projects.

• Evaluate datasets to understand the potential functional and business impacts of proposed features.

• Establish success metrics and assess post-implementation performance to gauge actual impact.

• Deliver actionable insights that guide the product roadmap, prioritization, and return on investment (ROI).

• Work alongside ML Engineers to pinpoint machine learning opportunities utilizing proprietary datasets.

• Design and implement experiments (such as A/B testing and hypothesis testing) to verify the effectiveness of products and AI features.

• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Maintain data quality, integrity, and appropriate usage throughout various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Python or R, along with strong SQL capabilities.

• Background in data analysis and statistical modeling.

• Ability to convert complex data into concise, actionable insights for business and product teams.

• Familiarity with product analytics and evaluating feature impact (e.g., KPI definition, funnel analysis).

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and ML.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience working with AI/ML teams or AI-driven products.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts and the ability to identify ML use cases.

• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

• Exposure to large-scale or proprietary datasets.

• Experience in ROI modeling or developing business cases.
