Senior Data Scientist – AI, LLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Data Analysis and Statistical Modeling: Derive valuable insights from extensive datasets, employing data science techniques for statistical analysis and modeling, and convert intricate analytical findings into clear, actionable visualizations and recommendations that support business decision-making, forecasting, and process improvement.

• AI-Driven Initiatives: Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of LLM applications/agentic models, working closely with both business and technical teams to deploy AI solutions that enhance team efficiency and capabilities.

• Prompt Engineering and Model Optimization: Leverage prompt engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, model fine-tuning, data retrieval, and coding to create essential product features. Enhance LLM performance to ensure effective application in business contexts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global business and technical teams to collect and analyze requirements, delivering AI and data-driven solutions that align with strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related domains.

• Proficient programming skills in Python/SQL; adeptness with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

• In-depth knowledge of LLMs with hands-on experience, skilled in utilizing tools like Dify, n8n, or Coze to create LLM agents. Familiarity with RAG or model fine-tuning for planning-related activities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to effortlessly switch languages in both technical and business discussions.

• Outstanding independent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of business challenges and the capacity to collaborate with technical teams to tackle complex issues in LLM application and optimization.
