Senior Data Scientist – AI, Agentic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities across the enterprise to uncover automation opportunities.

• Create and execute AI-driven strategies utilizing GenAI and agentic systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Formulate architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable and intelligent automation in areas such as procurement, inventory, and operations.

• Convert business requirements into practical AI solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Design, construct, and implement machine learning and NLP models for applicable business scenarios.

• Develop GPT-based solutions, including text generation and summarization, contextual search and embeddings, and multilingual translation systems.

• Consistently enhance model performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Construct and sustain end-to-end data pipelines to facilitate AI and analytics workflows.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and informed decision-making.

• Conduct data analysis, validation, and optimization within production settings.

• Implement AI solutions on cloud platforms, primarily Azure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Familiarity with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures.

• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools.

• Practical experience with Azure or comparable cloud platforms.

• Expertise in constructing data pipelines and analytics dashboards.

• Capability to align business processes with AI-driven solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in advancing enterprise automation projects.
