Senior Data Scientist – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage machine learning-driven features that enhance our customer application and marketplace experience.

• Address customer-centric challenges such as search and ranking, recommendations, segmentation, lifecycle modeling including activation, churn, and reactivation, lead scoring, and personalization.

• Operate end-to-end, transforming vague product concepts into well-defined issues, through modeling and experimentation, to deploying and overseeing production systems.

• Take genuine ownership by contributing to data pipelines, collaborating closely with engineers on real-time systems, and ensuring models are robust, scalable, and measurable against business KPIs such as conversion, retention, and revenue.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Pricing, serving as both a technical expert and a structured problem-solver who can effectively communicate trade-offs and impacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions in a production environment, preferably within a marketplace or customer-facing product context.

• Strong experience with behavioral and customer data, including segmentation, lifecycle modeling, scoring, search, or recommendation systems.

• Proficient in Python and SQL, with the capability to work across modeling and data preparation tasks.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, with AWS also considered, along with an understanding of how data pipelines are constructed and maintained.

• Demonstrated ability to clearly define problems, engage stakeholders, and communicate impact in commercial settings.

• At a minimum, conversational-level English language skills are required. English is our company’s primary language for business communication.
