
Senior Data Insights & Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead intricate, cross-departmental analytics initiatives aimed at enhancing key performance outcomes.
• Act as the strategic head for the Global Employee Listening Program.
• Convert complex datasets into narratives and visualizations that are suitable for executive audiences.
• Collaborate with HRIS and EDE teams to consolidate various data sources into a cohesive "single source of truth."
• Create and implement advanced Tableau dashboards and analytical tools for COE partners.
• Employ SQL, Python, or R to identify correlations within the data.
• Mentor HRBPs and COEs on data literacy and the interpretation of insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or behavioral discipline (such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Organizational Psychology) or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in advanced SQL and Tableau.
• Practical experience in using Python or R for the statistical modeling of survey data.
• Extensive experience in managing organizational data, including turnover, recruitment, and DEI metrics.
• Outstanding ability to convert raw analytics into impactful presentations.
