Senior Data Engineering Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Construct and enhance real-time streaming pipelines to guarantee the efficient routing of voice and chat session data into enterprise data platforms.

• Integrate generative AI solutions with enterprise knowledge bases to ensure the performance of conversational agents is both accurate and contextually aware.

• Maintain and configure low-latency databases to provide secure and reliable storage for session states and operational metadata.

• Design system architectures and technical blueprints to achieve scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions.

• Delegate and oversee engineering tasks to promote effective team productivity and capability development.

• Create and implement testing processes to identify system issues and ensure quality and stability in deployed solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project execution.

• Supervise automated PII redaction workflows across voice and text streams to guarantee full compliance with data privacy regulations prior to storage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Active, verified Google Professional Data Engineer certification.

• At least 3+ years of experience with GCP data ecosystem technologies, including BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in real-time streaming pipelines utilizing Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and Dataflow.

• A minimum of 1+ year of experience in LLM orchestration and integrating generative AI using enterprise data grounding techniques.

• At least 2+ years of experience with conversational AI platforms like Google CCAIP and Dialogflow CX.

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform and cloud security governance leveraging IAM roles.

• Strong experience in designing system architecture, debugging complex pipelines, and ensuring system performance.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
