• Experience: 5-10 years in data engineering.

• Significant expertise in Snowflake.

• Programming & Scripting: Proficient programming skills in Python and Linux Bash for automation and data workflows.

• Framework Proficiency: Practical experience with Luigi for orchestrating intricate data workflows.

• Data Processing & Storage: Expertise in tools from the Hadoop ecosystem and managing SQL databases for effective data storage and query optimization.

• AWS Cloud Services: Comprehensive knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, RDS, and EMR for deploying and managing data solutions.

• Monitoring & Alerting Tools: Acquainted with monitoring solutions for real-time data pipeline tracking and troubleshooting.

• Communication & Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead projects, engage with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

• Data Architecture: Experience in designing or optimizing data lake solutions.

• Security Practices: Awareness of data security practices, governance, and compliance for secure data processing.

• Automation & CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD tools to facilitate automation of deployment and testing.

• Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data processing tools such as Spark, Hive, or relevant AWS services.

• Advanced Analytics: Background in analytics or data science to enhance data-driven decision-making.
