Senior Data Engineer – LATAM Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance scalable data pipelines utilizing Databricks (highest priority)

• Create, automate, and sustain ETL/ELT workflows in accordance with organizational standards

• Assist in data modeling, data quality assurance, and pipeline orchestration within cloud environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide dependable, production-ready data solutions

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric for analytics, data integration, or reporting purposes (medium priority)

• Offer support for legacy systems as required, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS

• Develop and uphold data integrations and pipelines involving Oracle database environments

• Collaborate with various Data Services to guarantee the accessibility, accuracy, and reliability of datasets

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to refine requirements and enhance data workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks, including Spark, Delta Lake, and notebook-based development

• Strong command of Python, PySpark, SQL, and distributed data processing

• Proven experience with cloud data engineering in enterprise environments

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or tools aligned with Fabric

• Working knowledge of the legacy Microsoft data stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)

• Experience with Oracle databases and related data services

• Capability to develop scalable, secure ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing best practices

• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
