Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish data requirements, undertake data collection, and guarantee the quality and integrity of data.

• Curate data sets through hands-on analyses and automated tools such as web scraping, ETL pipelines, and SQL queries.

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis to discover new data sources and enhance existing ones.

• Create and maintain user-friendly BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively convey complex data and insights.

• Identify actionable business insights by analyzing data trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Take ownership of documenting data processes, schemas, and data sets.

• Implement best practices in security, design, and data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.

• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and visualization tools.

• Experience in data querying, manipulation, and integration scripting is advantageous.

• Familiarity with enterprise cloud computing and storage platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) is preferred.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment that demands innovation and quick execution.

• Capable of understanding and breaking down problems to propose clear solutions.
