This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Develop and maintain standardized data visualizations to assist in Medical Data Review and safety signal identification, adhering to established templates and guidelines.
• Utilize defined visualization standards to produce outputs that align with Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) principles and Critical to Quality (CtQ) endpoints.
• Collaborate under supervision to implement visual analytics within timelines linked to First Patient In (FPI) or predefined safety milestones.
• Aid in the documentation and quality control of visualization deliverables to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Engage in training sessions and integrate feedback from seasoned Real-time Visual Analytics Specialists.
• Assist in addressing basic stakeholder inquiries and clarifying data availability or visualization capabilities.
• Operate under general supervision, applying independent judgment to interpret guidance, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in scenarios requiring contextual insight.
• Use judgment to tackle moderately complex statistical or data challenges, balancing scientific integrity with suitable flexibility, and seek assistance when confronted with new or unclear situations.
• Commit to functional standards by participating in peer reviews and mentoring relationships to maintain quality and enhance methodological and regulatory knowledge.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, data science, bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
• Have 1-3 years of experience in clinical data, visualization, or analytics; or hold an advanced degree with 1-3 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in tools such as R Shiny and Git.
• Experienced in programming languages including R and tidyverse.
• Possess a foundational understanding of clinical trial data and common data structures (e.g., CRF data).
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and a willingness to learn visualization standards and clinical processes.
• Respect cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in a global environment.
• Communicate effectively in English, both in written and spoken forms.
