Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain data pipelines

• Guarantee data quality and dependability

• Develop scalable enterprise-level solutions for precision oncology

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance medicines through advanced data science

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer

• Practical experience with GCP or AWS (GCP is advantageous)

• Hands-on knowledge of orchestration patterns and tools

• Solid understanding of data lake and lakehouse concepts

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform)

• Expertise in Python

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
