Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete data pipeline processes utilizing Python and SQL.

• Transition, enhance, and sustain workflow orchestration engines.

• Develop the "paved road" framework for data deployments through Terraform.

• Work in partnership with product developers for the integration of APIs and caching mechanisms.

• Engage in the incident response rotation for the data platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong, production-grade proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and data transformation frameworks (such as dbt or PySpark).

• Experience with programmatic orchestration tools (like Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow).

• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).

• Comprehension of secure access key management and the ability to write efficient queries.

• Automation-oriented mindset for creating sustainable scripting solutions.

• Collaborative spirit paired with exceptional documentation capabilities.
