Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create data migration pipelines utilizing Azure Data Factory;

• Assist in the mapping and transformation of data between ServiceNow and Salesforce;

• Establish Salesforce architecture for solutions including Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement, and Experience Cloud;

• Support architectural decisions related to single organization, security, permissions, and logical segregation;

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, and IAM;

• Offer expertise on data models, taxonomy, case management, automations, and SLAs;

• Serve as a technical reference and lead for development and consulting teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an architect or engineer on large-scale Salesforce projects;

• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement;

• Proven experience with system integrations and API- and event-driven architectures;

• Knowledge of governance, security, and permissioning within Salesforce;

• Experience working with Azure (Data Factory, Big Data, and databases);

• Background in data integration and migration between systems (e.g., ServiceNow);

• Capability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
