Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the architecture of the data platform and storage solutions.

• Develop robust ETL/ELT processes and create scalable data pipelines to facilitate data delivery into a centralized analytical warehouse.

• Sustain and further improve the Data Warehouse.

• Work in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams on system design and architectural decisions.

• Ensure adherence to data governance and uphold high standards of data quality.

• Write and refine queries for MongoDB and ClickHouse.

• Oversee and maintain workflows in Airflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

• Over 5 years of experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and Kafka.

• Strong comprehension of data processing algorithms and principles.

• Practical experience with ClickHouse, Airflow, Amazon S3, Git, and Docker.

• Solid grasp of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures.

• Experience handling large-scale data and optimizing queries.

• Capability to collaborate effectively towards common objectives.

• A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and proactivity.

• Proficient in English at a level of B1 or higher.
